DAY 2

MORNING PRAYER

The sun is much bigger than the earth, yet there are stars in space that are much larger than our sun. Let’s pause and think for a moment how small we are in the Universe, yet we can read in the Bible that God has written the name of each of us on the palm of his hand.

Loving God,

You are amazing.

When I look at the universe you created,

I am amazed at its size and beauty,

and yet you want a personal relationship with me.

Thank for that great hope

and help me in my Lenten journey to get to know you better.

Through Christ our Lord.

Amen
