Loving Father, 

You sent your Word to bring us truth and your Spirit to make us holy. 

Today we celebrate the Trinity, One God in three persons. 

Give us the graces grow in our faith so that we may know about you.

MOST GENTLMANLY AND DEPORTMENT AWARDS: Grade 12

 “The recipient of this award displays the words and actions of the following criteria: is welcoming and inclusive, is non-judgmental, and is respectful of self, other students, and staff.” A nomination form is available at the main office or at http://bit.ly/SMHSGradAwards on the school’s career website. Nomination forms are due at the main office by Friday, May 25^th at 3:30 p.m.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP COUNCIL 2018-2019 APPLICATIONS
Students in Grade 9- Grade 11 are encouraged to apply to be a member of next year's SLC (Co-president, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer etc.).  Application forms are available in the main office. The deadline for students to apply is Friday, May 25^th. 

KAWULA AND DAVIDNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Grade 12 students are encouraged to apply for the Tillie and Joe Kawula Scholarship and Hershel Davidner Memorial Scholarships. The two $1000.00 scholarships will be awarded to students who value academics, community involvement, and volunteerism and are entering a recognized university or technical institute. One application will apply to both awards. These scholarships are open to Grade 12 graduates from Saskatchewan Rivers School Division, Prince Albert Catholic School Division and the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Prince Albert campus Academic Grade 12 program.  An application form and additional information is available at http://bit.ly/AwardGrade12 on the school career website. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, June 4th.

RELAY FOR LIFE FUNDRAISER

Chelsea Mitchell is raising funds for the Canadian Cancer Society through Relay for Life.  If you would like to help support Chelsea, she is selling Relay for Life Bracelets for $5.00.  They are available for purchase at the office.
