DAY 1
MORNING PRAYER
The
Catholic Church remembers Missions Month in October. Missions Month is a way for us to remember
that we all have gifts and that we are asked to share them with the world to
make our planet a better place to live. Many
people dedicate their lives to missions, to going to a different country and
helping them learn about the faith.
Today we are going to pray for missions around the world by using a
prayer supported by Pope Francis.

To be considered, candidates must submit their application and a résumé (maximum of two pages) through the House of Commons career portal by the deadline. Eligible candidates must be starting full-time or part-time post-secondary studies in September 2026 at the University of Ottawa, Carleton University, Saint Paul University, Université du Québec en Outaouais, Collège La Cité or Algonquin College. Successful candidates will be required to reside in the National Capital Region during their year of employment as a Page.
The recruitment campaign for the 2026-2027 Page Program is open from September 29 to November 9, 2025!
