Thursday, September 4th

DAY 1

MORNING PRAYER

To continue with our theme of “Celebrating Christ’s Presence”, let us offer this prayer for today to reflect and make sure we are receptive to Christ’s presence in our lives.

Loving God,

Your son Jesus sent us to grow Your love and share Your word
with all nations of the world.
Please open our ears, minds and hearts,
so that we may always be receptive and considering
of Your presence and our relationship.
This will allow us to radiate our faith and bring all those around us to You.
Help us to understand and be receptive of Your presence for us,
as we embark on this new school year.
We ask this through Christ, our light in the world.
Amen
