DAY 1
MORNING PRAYER
The
Catholic Church remembers Missions Month in October. Missions Month is a way
for us to remember that we all have gifts and that we are asked to share them
with the world to make our planet a better place to live. Many people dedicate
their lives to missions, to going to a different country and helping them learn
about the faith. Today we are going to pray for missions around the world by
using a prayer supported by Pope Francis.
Heavenly
Father,
Your
son told his disciples to go to all the world and make disciples.
We
know this challenge is still with us today.
Help
us to support and pray for missions around the world,
so
that people around the world may know the love and mercy of Jesus,
who
lives and reigns with you,
