Friday, October 18th

DAY 2

MORNING PRAYER

This upcoming Sunday is World Mission Sunday. World Mission Sunday gives us an opportunity to carry out the work of the church by supporting the poorest churches in their mission.  On World Mission Sunday, our hearts and minds go out to parishes around the world who are struggling to provide a place to pray together as a community.

Lord,
May we embrace your mission to bring the gospel to the world.
Bring us closer to our brothers and sisters,
so that we bear witness of our faith in Christ
and announce his Gospel.
Help to us bring the good news to the world,
as we embrace hope, love, and kindness.
We ask this through Jesus, forever and ever.
Amen.
