Wednesday, November 1st

Today we celebrate All Saints Day – a day for us to pray for all the saints in Heaven and celebrate their dedication to living a life following in the footsteps of Jesus. It is easy for us to forget that the Saints were people just like us, who decided to let their love of God be at the forefront of their lives and guide them in their decision making. Today, let us remember the goodness and mercy of those like St. Theresa of Calcutta, St. Pope John Paul II, and the Blessed Carlo Acutis.

Loving God,

Guide us to know your ways and live a life according to your will.

Strengthen us to be the best versions of ourselves by putting you first,

and always sharing your love and mercy

with those around us, just as the Saints that came before us.

Guide us in our decisions

and help us to make this world a better place for all.

We ask this through Jesus’s name.
