Wednesday, November 2nd

Today, on All Souls Day, we commemorate all our loved ones whose souls have passed into eternal life. Today is a day to think about the people in our lives who are no longer with us, and remember the joy and goodness they brought to the world. On this day, we also reflect on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, as a hopeful reminder that God's love for us will never die and that one day we will all be with God in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Loving God,

Today we pray for all faithful souls

who are no longer with us here on Earth,

but are with You in Heaven.

We ask You to continue

to watch over our loved ones who have passed,

and we thank You for blessing us

with the time we spent with them

while they were here with us.

Help us to always remember them

in our hearts and in our lives.

We ask this through Jesus’s name,
