The theme of the prayers this week is gratitude. As we get closer to the thanksgiving weekend, let us spend some time reflecting on how many blessings we are given, and the many blessing we sometimes take for granted, like our freedom, our clean air, the beauty of the changing seasons, and the blessing of family and good friends.
Thank you for the blessings of family and friends.
Thank you for those who love us.
As we approach thanksgiving,
help us to remember those in need
and to be the hands of Christ
reaching out to a world that needs help.
