DAY 1
MORNING PRAYER
On Sunday we celebrated the first Sunday of Lent. The Gospel reading was about the temptations of Jesus. Just like us, Jesus was tempted, so he knows how hard it can be to struggle with temptation. Our goal this Lent is to get rid of obstacles that block our view of Jesus, so as we embrace our spiritual theme, "Following Jesus as a Family of Faith" let us think of ways we can become the best version of ourselves.
Loving God,
Thank you for being the light of the world.
Help us to turn to you during the good times,
the difficult times, and especially when we are tempted.
During this Lenten time,
help us to become the best versions of ourselves.
Through Christ our Lord,
