DAY 2

MORNING PRAYER

Today we continue our journey into Advent as we explore the theme, the Holy Family. Today let us focus on Jesus, the light of the world.

Loving God,

Thank you for Jesus, the light of the world.

Thank you for your plan of salvation

that Jesus would come down from heaven

to be born as a little baby in Bethlehem.

Thank you for his teaching and his sacrifice on the cross

which brings us great hope in life.

During this Advent season

we ask for blessings on our family,

extended family, and family of faith.

Through Christ our Lord,

Amen
