This week we are commemorating Veteran’s Week. It is a time for us to reflect on the value of peace and to remember those who are in the service of protecting us. Today, we are going to focus on those who serve to protect us in our community. Through their dedication, we can enjoy freedom and security.
Thank you for those who serve to protect us,
in our community and in our country.
You taught us to treat others gently,
and with respect and kindness.
Help us make this world a peaceful place.
Please bless and protect those who serve us in our community and country.
We ask this in the name of Jesus.
