SCHOOL ANNOUNCEMENTS 
GRAD BABY PICTURES
Any students who brought a baby picture for grand march, please pick it up the photo at the main office as soon as possible.

GRAD Formal Day: TODAY  
Graduates are invited to dress in formal attire for their last day of high school. During the 11:10 a.m. break participating graduates are to meet in the main gym for a photo for the yearbook. 

SENIOR GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
Any girls who are interested in trying out for the Sr. Girls volleyball team but missed the meeting last Thursday can see Mr. Hunko for more details. 

GRAD MASS MINISTRY
Grade 12 students interested in doing ministry for Grad Mass may sign up in the main office.

FINAL REPORT CARDS
Students will receive their final report cards in the mail.

FRENCH IMMERSION STUDENTS AND TEACHERS
Bonjour! La vidéo pour la France est prête. Vous pouvez obtenir votre copie gratuite si vous amenez un disque DVD ou BluRay à Monsieur Joncas. Si vous le voulez en qualité maximale, deux DVD ou deux BluRay seront nécessaires. Vous pouvez aussi obtenir la version sur clé USB. La version standard est de 8 GB, la version HD, 30 GB. Prévoyez quelques jours pour que votre copie soit réalisée. Les finissants ont la priorité.

GRADUATION INFORMATION
Grad Meeting
– Thursday, June 22nd
· 11:15 a.m. – Grads meet in the Lecture Theatre
Class of 2017 Grad Photo
 – Tuesday, June 27th at SMHS
·  3:30 p.m. – Meet at St. Mary High School in the Commons to pick up a grad gown
·  4:00 p.m. – Line up on steps of the Sacred Heart Cathedral for Class of 2017 Grad photo
* Parents are welcome to attend and take pictures.
* After the photo, graduands keep the cap and gown for commencement exercises.
Grad Mass & Commencement
– Wednesday, June 28th at Art Hauser Centre
·  8:00 a.m. – Graduands arrive at the Art Hauser Centre (Remember to have a grad gown!)
·  8:15 a.m. – Doors are open to the public. Seating will be on a first-come basis.
Grand March Program 
–  Wednesday, June 28th 2017 at the Art Hauser Centre
·  6:30 p.m. – Doors will be open.
·  7:00 p.m.  Graduates and escorts (if applicable) line up at a designated area to be announced.
·  7:30 p.m. – The program begins.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Vacation Bible School will be held July 10th – July 14th at Sacred Heart Cathedral from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. is looking for youth volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering, please see Mr. Joy for more information, or contact Jennifer at 306-941-9300.

NATIONAL UNION OF PUBLIC AND GENERAL EMPLOYEES SCHOLARSHIPS ($1,500)
This scholarship is open to grade 12 students who are planning to attend a postsecondary educational institution full-time in 2017 - 2018 and who are the children, grandchildren or foster children of a NUPGE member. Go to www.nupge.ca/content/12999/national-unions-scholarship-program-2017 for information and application forms. The deadline to apply is July 7th, 2017.

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS
PRINCE ALBERT WRESTLING CLUB 
The practice schedule is Sunday from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Riverside School. See Ms. Richards in Room 128 for information.

WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENTS
OPEN SHOP FOR PAA STUDENTS
Students who are currently taking PAA classes that involve construction or drafting are invited to use the shop equipment, under teacher supervision, during lunch hours every Monday - Thursday. Please contact Mr. Thalheimer or Mr. Welter for more information.

ART CLUB

Art Club meets every Wednesday from 3:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m in the Art Room (B18). Everyone is welcome to attend. Come on out to make some great art! 

GLEE CLUB/CHORAL 
Glee Club rehearsals are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:15 a.m. and Wednesday at 12:25 p.m.

JAZZ BAND

Rehearsals are Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the band room.

WEDNESDAY SUPPER STUDY

Students are invited to go to the library after school to receive additional teacher support. As well, a supper is served at 5:00 p.m.
