KAWULA AND DAVIDNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Grade 12 students are encouraged to apply for the Tillie and Joe Kawula Scholarship and Hershel Davidner Memorial Scholarships. The two $1000.00 scholarships will be awarded to students who value academics, community involvement, and volunteerism and are entering a recognized university or technical institute. One application will apply to both awards. These scholarships are open to Grade 12 graduates from Saskatchewan Rivers School Division, Prince Albert Catholic School Division and the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Prince Albert campus Academic Grade 12 program. An application form and additional information is available at http://bit.ly/2pgNz4q on the Pursue Online website. LITURGY OF THE WORD

Liturgy of the Word will be held Friday, June 2nd at 1:00 p.m. in the St. Mary Chapel.  All students and staff are welcome.

Students will provide musical entertainment at the year-end concert on Friday, June 16th at 7:30 p.m.  at the Sacred Heart Cathedral. Admission is by donation.

MONSANTO FUND OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The Monsanto Fund Opportunity Scholarship Program is available to Canadian high school students who are enrolled in their final year of high school and eligible to graduate in 2017. Those eligible for a scholarship must be planning to enroll at a Canadian post‑secondary institution (degree or diploma) in a first-year agriculture, food science or culinary program. Successful applicants will each be awarded a scholarship valued at $1,500, based on demonstrated academic standards and leadership in the community. For eligibility, selection criteria, and application forms visit  www.monsanto.ca  Submission deadline is June 15, 2017. 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

NATIONAL UNION OF PUBLIC AND GENERAL EMPLOYEES SCHOLARSHIPS ($1,500)
This scholarship is open to grade 12 students who are planning to attend a postsecondary educational institution full-time in 2017 - 2018 and who are the children, grandchildren or foster children of a NUPGE member. Go to www.nupge.ca/content/12999/national-unions-scholarship-program-2017 for information and application forms. The deadline to apply is July 7^th, 2017.

PRINCE ALBERT WRESTLING CLUB

OPEN SHOP FOR PAA STUDENTS

Students who are currently taking PAA classes that involve construction or drafting are invited to use the shop equipment, under teacher supervision, during lunch hours every Monday - Thursday. Please contact Mr. Thalheimer or Mr. Welter for more information.

ART CLUB
Art Club meets every Wednesday from 3:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m in the Art Room (B18). Everyone is welcome to attend. Come on out to make some great art! 

GLEE CLUB/CHORAL 
Glee Club rehearsals are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:15 a.m. and Wednesday at 12:25 p.m.

JAZZ BAND
Rehearsals are Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the band room.

WEDNESDAY SUPPER STUDY
Students are invited to go to the library after school to receive additional teacher support. As well, a supper is served at 5:00 p.m.
