LORAN AWARD
The Loran Award seeks to recognize well-rounded students who demonstrate character, promise of leadership, and strong commitment and service in the community. Up to 32 Loran Awards are available, valued at $100,000 over four years. The application deadline is October 19th, 2016 for sponsored applications and October 26th, 2016 for direct-pool applications. CURLING MEETING

There will be a U of S Nursing Presentation on Thursday, October 20th from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel. A representative from the U of S Nursing program will discuss the following topics:

OPEN SHOP FOR PAA STUDENTS
Students who are currently taking PAA classes that involve construction or drafting are invited to use the shop equipment, under teacher supervision, during lunch hours every Monday - Thursday. Please contact Mr. Thalheimer or Mr. Welter for more information.
ART CLUB
Art Club meets every Wednesday from 3:30 p.m.- 5:00 p.m in the Art Room (B18). Everyone is welcome to attend. Come on out to make some great art! Glee Club rehearsals are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:15 a.m. and Wednesday at 12:25 p.m.
JAZZ BAND
Rehearsals are Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the band room.
