DAY 2

MORNING PRAYER

Once the Holy Spirit came to the disciples after Jesus’ death,
they began teaching and preaching in Jesus’ name, calling him Leader and Savior.
As we know, it was the religious leaders of that time who felt threatened by Jesus
and demanded that the Romans kill him.
These same religious leaders did not want the followers of Jesus to continue his teachings.

Lord Jesus, Leader and Savior,
Help us to be like your disciples Peter and John.
Give us the wisdom to follow your teachings.
Amen
