STUDENT WORKSHOP WITH GUEST POET/AUTHOR

Students who are interested in attending a creative writing workshop with Bernadette Wagner on Wednesday, June 3^rd during Period 4 and Period 5 will need to complete a pink attendance permission form that is available at the main office. Mrs. Wagner will also be presenting at the John Cuelenaere Public Library in the evening at 7:00 p.m.

NEW GOLFERS

Students are invited to sign up for an after school golf opportunity TODAY. The focus will be on honing golf skills. Contact Miss Packet for more information or to sign up.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

PRINCE ALBERT CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATION 

Once again, the student Apprenticeship program is hiring students who are interested in the trades.  St Mary students have been hired by companies in the PACS and those students have gone on the complete their journeyman ticket.  Grade 11 and Grade 12 students who are interested in the trades and want a rewarding career with good benefits and excellent pay should see Mr. Gaumond in Rm 109 to complete the two-page employment application.

2015-2016 REGISTRATION FORMS

All students who plan to attend St. Mary High School next year are asked to hand in their registration form to the office as soon as possible. 

RELAY FOR LIFE VOLUNTEERS

Relay for Life is looking for volunteers to work Friday, June 5^th from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  If you are interested, please see Mrs. Kopchynski for more information.

PRINCE ALBERT AND DISTRICT COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIPS

Prince Albert and District is offering two $1000 awards.  The scholarships are awarded to students who volunteer their time to make Prince Albert and community a better place. The Tillie and Joe Kawula Scholarship  and the Herschel Davidner Memorial Scholarship will be awarded to students entering a recognized university or technical institute. One application form will apply to both awards. Applications forms are available at the main office and the deadline is Friday, May 29th.

TALENT SHOW

A talent show will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd at 7:30 p.m. in the Lecture Theatre. Admission is $3 with all proceeds going to charity. Auditions are Monday, May 25th and Wednesday, May 27th from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. in the Room B26. Please sign up on the music room door.

PRINCE ALBERT WRESTLING CLUB

The Prince Albert Wrestling Club has begun! Sessions are Mondays and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m for Elementary school age students and 7:00 p.m. for high school age students, as well as Sundays at 4:00 p.m. Sessions are held at Carlton in the white gym. For more information, please see Ms. Richards.
